EWRC—Episcopal Walking & Running Club

EWRC will meet on Monday mornings at 6:30 a.m. for the duration of the winter months. 

Neighborhood Walk/Run Club and Free Water Bottle!

Ready to make good on your plans to exercise? Looking for a group of people to help you stick with it?

You're invited to join your friends and neighbors for 45 minutes of walking or running once or twice a week. We meet right down the block from the church and there's always a group to fit your pace, from leisurely walking to serious running.

Join us
                 Mondays at 6:30 am at the parking lot 1/2 block east of Church of Our Saviour on Crosby. See the map below for the meeting/parking location and a few of the shorter routes.

If it's your first time joining us, come a few minutes early so you can sign in and bring along this card to get your free water bottle! Children can participate with an accompanying adult.   People-friendly pets are also welcome!
